REFUND POLICY
Public Relation Services
All sales of public relations services (e.g., press releases, news distribution, consulting, etc.) are final. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted.
Termination of Services
Most services provided by Meng & Associates Inc. and the termination thereof, are specifically outlined by written contracts prepared for each individual customer. If a written contract does not specify otherwise, the basic policy applies.
Basic Policy
For any reason after the first 90 days of the contract, client may terminate the PR agreement, without fault or liability, by giving written notice of the termination and paying a buy-out fee at the rate equivalent of one month of the contracted fee. Customer remains obligated to pay any balances which are due up to the point of the termination.
GOVERNING LAW
THESE TERMS AND THE INTERPRETATION OF THIS REFUND POLICY SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES AND SPECIFICALLY WILL NOT BE GOVERNED BY THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS AND SERVICES, IF OTHERWISE APPLICABLE.
